Ingredients
Fresh pork chops 1-2 in. thick (however many you want to cook)
2 peices of bacon per chop
6-7 fresh sage leaves per chop
fresh pepper
sea salt
Preparation
Pre heat oven to 400. Rub chops with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Layer 3 or 4 sage leaves across one side of pork chop. Lay 2 strips of bacon across chop. Holding the bacon and leaves in place, turn the chop around. Layer 3 or 4 more sage leaves on the other side and wrap the loose ends of bacon around. Skewer each chop right where the bacon comes together. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
