Ingredients

8 slices fried bacon, crumbled into bits.

3/4 cup mayo

2 Tbs. red wine vinegar

1 Tbs. honey

1- 16 ounce bag of coleslaw

(buy the pre bagged shredded cabbage, no dressing)

1 cup crumbled blue cheese.

Preparation

Mix the mayo, red wine vinegar and Honey in a bowl. Toss cabbage with blue cheese crumbs and bacon bits. Then add the mayo mixture about an hour before serving.
