Ingredients
1 package of Regular or thick Sliced Bacon
cooked
drained and crumbled. 8 eggs
at room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese
grated or shredded
2 lbs fettuccine
semolina or spinach
1/2 cup butter
softened
2 cups fresh spring peas
1 cup mushrooms(sliced or button)
1 cup light olive oil
1/4 cup basil
chopped.
Preparation
Beat together: eggs,cheese,butter,basil. Cook pasta,drain and return to pan while still hot. Toss hot pasta with cream,egg and butter until butter has melted completely. Add Bacon,tomatoes,spreing peas,mushrooms and olive oil. Toss lightlybut thoroughly to avoid bruising the tomatoes and peas. Add fresh ground black pepper and parsley to taste at table-side
