Ingredients

1 loaf of crusty italian bread

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup Grated Parmesean Cheese (I use the real stuff)

1 Cup Mayo

1-2 cloves of garlic, finely diced.

5-6 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Cut a lid in the bread, and hollow (think spinach dip). Reserve bread pieces for dipping later.

Mix all other ingrediants and put into hollowed out bread bowl.

Bake at 350F for one hour with the lid on. I check up on it a couple of times and mix it around.

Serve with reserved bread pieces, tostitos, or crackers. Enjoy!
