Ingredients

8 Eggs

1/2 cup of Cream

Frozen Peas

2 rashers of chopped cooked Bacon

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan

2 cloves of Garlic, crushed

3 finely chopped Spring Onions

Small bunch of chopped Basil

50g of crumbled Feta

Preparation

Whisk eggs and cream together, then add all other ingredients and gently mix. Dived mixture between 12 lined muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 C until golden and set. Remove from cups and let cool on a wire rack
