Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
4 slices bacon
1 tbsp shallot
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Mix ingredients in Cuisinart into thick paste. Add cornmeal if needed. Let sit a day. Use melon scoop to place in fryer. Cook for 4 minutes
