Ingredients

2 to 4 lbs. chicken thighs w/skin.

1/2 lb. sliced bacon

1/4 cup olive oil

seasoned salt (Crazy Jane’s Mixed - Up Salt)

1/2 cup chopped rosemary

4 sprigs rosemary for garnish

Preparation

heat grill to medium to medium high.remove chicken from package if you wash it make sure the skin is dry before cooking to insure crispness.rough chop bacon with rosemary.stuff mixture under skin of each piece of chicken.place chicken on platter and coat with olive oil then sprinkle with seasoned salt on both sides.place chicken on grill until done 25 to 30 minutes. garnish with rosemary sprigs at service.
