Ingredients
7 slices bacon
1 bunch green onions
1 cup loosely packed basil (fresh)
1 tomato, chopped
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup mayo (or 1/8 c mayo & 1/8 sour cream)
Phyllo dough cups
Preparation
Cook bacon. Preheat oven to 375*. Mix all ingredients together. Fill phyllo cups. Bake 375* 8-10 minutes.
