Ingredients

1 pack Tesco Make a Meal With Bacon Topped Chicken

150g tagliatelle

15g (ml) olive oil

1 clove garlic

½ chopped onion (approx 80g)

Good splash of sherry (approx 50ml)

100g sliced mushrooms

100g (ml) crème fraiche

6g chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the pack

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for a minute

  3. Add in the sherry and reduce down by at least half

  4. Place the slices of Bacon Topped Chicken in the microwave and heat for one minute on maximum until piping hot

  5. Add the mushrooms to the pan and and cook until they are just softening

  6. Take off the heat and stir in the crème fraiche

  7. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and stir in the parsley

  8. Serve on a plate with the hot Bacon Topped Chicken
