Ingredients

3/4 cup marmalade

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 dozen sea scallops

1 bunch green onions, julienned

12 slices bacon, halved

Preparation

Mix marmalade and soy sauce. Wrap a scallop and a piece of green onion with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Place in a dish and repeat with remaining scallops. Cover with marmalade mixture and marinate several hours. Preheat oven to broil. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes per side and serve immediately.
