Ingredients
2 dozen extra large shrimp
12 Strips of uncooked bacon
2 cups of barbecue sause
skewers
Preparation
Peel and clean the shrimp. It does not matter if raw. Will cook on grill. Wrap each shrimp with one half-strip of bacon. Place on skewer and repeat to fill each skewer. Approx. 5-6 per skewer. Place on hot grill for 5 minutes. Turn and grill for another 5 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce (I use KC’s MasterPiece). Grill for 3 minutes on each side. Brush again with BBQ sauce and remove.
