Ingredients
3 green onions
1/2 small cumcumber seeded and cuting into chunks (about 1/2 cup)
One 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
Trim away roots from base of green onions, place in a food processor bowl. Add cucumber to processor bowl and coarsely chop. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire saurce, and salt. cover and process until almost smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or ovenight. Spread on toasted bagel halves.
