Ingredients
3 cup rolled oats
3 Pink Lady apples
4 tablespoons vegan spread
1 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon
4 cup filtered water
4 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Heat oven to 375°. In a medium sized, deep, oven safe dish pour rolled oats. Cut Pink Lady apples to desired size and mix with rolled oats in dish. Pour filtered water and honey; mix thoroughly. Place vegan spread evenly across top of oat an apple mix. Gently press vegan spread down so it is lightly submerged. Place in oven.
