Ingredients
1 large egg
3 tbsp granulated sugar
6 tbsp heavy cream
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted and cooled
Few grains of salt
1 med size tar apple, peeled, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
Preparation
Heat oven to 400. Butter and lightly flour 8" piepan. In small bowl of electric mixer, beat egg and sugar about 5 min on high, until pale and fluffy. Bean in cream, flour, butter and salt about 1-2 min, until blended. Fold in apple. Spread in piepan. Bake 20 min until lightly browned on top. Let cool 10 min. Serve warm.
