Ingredients

1 19 oz can cannelini beans, rinsed and drained

1 14 oz can artichokes, rinsed and drained

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup grated parmesan

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix all ingredients in food processor, adjust seasonings
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
