Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
2 TB olive oil
coarse kosher salt
ground black pepper
lemon juice
grated parmesan
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Break tough ends off asparagus and place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and toss to coat. Sprinkle on salt & pepper. Bake until almost done (about 10 minutes). Remove from oven & add lemon juice & parmesan. Return to oven for about 5 minutes.
