Ingredients
brie
butter or margarine
garlic or garlic powder
pepper
white wine
tarragon or parsley
Preparation
Fill a custard dish with small, thin slices of brie. Spread a thin coat of butter or margarine on top. Sprinkle garlic powder on top (use less if fresh garlic). Add a pinch of pepper. Splash with white wine (1/2 teaspoon?). Top with a little tarragon or parsley. Microwave for 30 seconds. Check, then microwave again until fully melted and bubbling. Serve with bread or crackers.
