Ingredients

+/- 7oz jar oil packed tomatoes

1/3 cup diced shallots

4 tsps minced garlic

1 tbls fresh basil

1/2 chopped parsely

1 15 oz round of brie

Preparation

Drain oil from tomatoes, chop for 1/2 cup. Cook shallots in oil to tender, add garlic for 1 minute, add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 minutes, remove from heat, stir in pepper and parsley. Spread tomatoes over brie and chill for 30 min. Bake in 350 oven 12-15 minutes
