Ingredients

1 8-oz. round Brie cheese with rind

2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves

½ cup diced peeled mango

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Brie in small shallow baking dish. Spread preserves evenly over cheese and top with mango. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese softens. Serve with crackers and french bread slices.
