Ingredients

12 carrots

1 onion, chopped

4 T horseradish

1 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise

Salt & Pepper

Dash Lemon Juice

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

2 T butter

Preparation

Cook carrots in water until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup liquid. Slice carrots into approximately 2 inch slices. Place the carrots in a casserole dish. Combine all other ingredients, except breadcrumbs and the butter, and pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
