Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked chicken

2 cups chopped celery

1/2 cup toasted almonds

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons grated onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup mayonaise

2 tablespoons pimento

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3/4 cup cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

3 cups crushed potato chips

Preparation

In large bowl combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Toss lightly and spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread chips and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through and browned. You may want to garnish casserole with paprika and parsley.
