Ingredients

4 large boneless chicken breasts

4 tablespoons butter

3-4 large garlic cloves, freshly pressed

4 teaspoons fresh basil, divided

Kosher salt, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish or roasting pan.

Spread each breast with an even amount of pressed garlic. Season each breast with 1 teaspoon basil and Kosher salt, to taste. Finally, dot each breast with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 55 minutes.
