Ingredients
4 Bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup flour
Salt
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Minced onion
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425. Brush chicken breasts with butter and then lightly sprinkle with flour. Sprimkle salt, seasoned salt, pepper and onions on each breast top and bottom. Bake 1/2 hour at 425. Turn down oven to 350, and bake for another 1/2 hour.
