Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up

3/4 cup red or rose wine

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup salad oil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 Tb brown sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon ginger

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in baking dish in one layer. Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
