Ingredients

6 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

1 1/2 cups almonds

2 cups Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (I use some Garlic Expressions salad dressing to replace.)

4 cups chopped celery

6 tablespoons minced onion

3 Tablespoons lemon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can sliced water chestnuts

2 cups crushed potato chips

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the potato chips and cheese. Spread the mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with the cheese; then bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and put crushed potato chips over all. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
