Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons apricot preserves or jam

2 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts tenders

2 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine honey and preserves. Brush honey mixture on both sides of chicken; dredge in bread crumbs. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
