Ingredients
2 slices rye bread
4 tbsp parmesan
1 lemon zested and halved
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 lb Cod
2 tsp blk pepper
Preparation
heat oven to 375 and spray cookie sheet with non stick spray. Place fish on pan in equal sized pieces, In a food processor combine pepper, zest, bread, parsley leaves, garlic and olive oil. Pack equal amounts of crumb mixture over fish and bake until golden brown. Take out of oven and squeeze lemon juice over top and serve,
