Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Crisco

1 ½ Tablespoons Flour

1 Cup Milk

2 Cup corn or 1 can cream style corn

1 Tablespoons sugar

1/8 Teaspoon pepper

1 Teaspoon salt

2 eggs

Melt

Preparation

  1. Melt Crisco
  2. Add flour and mix well
  3. Add milk gradually
  4. Bring to boil, stirring constantly
  5. Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper. Mix well
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add well beaten eggs slowly
  8. Poor into baking dish
  9. Bake at 350° on hour or until firm with a crusty top
