Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Crisco
1 ½ Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Cup corn or 1 can cream style corn
1 Tablespoons sugar
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Melt
Preparation
- Melt Crisco
- Add flour and mix well
- Add milk gradually
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly
- Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper. Mix well
- Remove from heat
- Add well beaten eggs slowly
- Poor into baking dish
- Bake at 350° on hour or until firm with a crusty top
