Ingredients
4 ears of fresh corn
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 sheets aluminum foil
Preparation
- Wash and remove husk and silk from corn cobs
- In a small shallow dish, combine oil, seasoning and lemon juice.
- Dip each ear of corn into olive oil mixture and place in the center of foil.
- Fold foil lengthwhise, bring up the sides and fold down several times to create an airtight seal.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender.
Optional: Grill for 20 minutes on medium-low heat until tender.
