Ingredients

1 12 oz bag of whole cranberries

1 1/2 cups sugar

graded rind of 1 lemmon

graded rind of 1 orange

1/4 cup Grand Marnier

Preparation

Preheat oven 250 degrees. Wash and rinse dry the berries. Combine all ingredients except the Grand Marnier in a casserole or iron skillet. Bake 1 1/2 hours uncovered. While still hot, pour Grand Marnier over mixture. Gently stir to combine.
