Ingredients

2 Breast of Boneless Chicken

2 tbps of SugarFree Honey

3 Tbps of Lime Juice

1 tsp of cajun seasoning

1 to 2 cups of Crushed Corn Flakes

butter spray and cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 375

Preparation

  1. Butterfly chicken
  2. In a Bowl mix Honey, Lime Juice and seasoning until well blended.
  3. Crush Cornflakes in a ziplock baggie
  4. Dip chicken in the liquid mixture (coat well), then put chicken in the bag, coat well and place on sprayed cookie sheet..Spray a little of the butter cooking spray on the chicken. It’s adds a nice golden color once baked. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 min
