Preparation
Dry fillets by setting fillets on paper toweling, change if needed. Mince onion, garlic, & thyme Add Bread crumbs & Olive Oil to moisten crumbs Salt & Pepper both of sides of fillets Place on parchment paper Pour heaping bread crumb mix on TOP of fillets Press mix down on fillets Bake @ 450 until darker golden brown
