Ingredients

1 bagette french bread, sliced

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup half and half

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp corn syrup

maple syrup

Preparation

Butter pan, layer bread slightly overlapping. Combine milk, eggs, cream, vanilla, spices. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, sugar, walnuts and corn syrup. Spread over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
