Ingredients
6 eggs
1 C. whole milk
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter, melted
Fresh berries, washed
Preparation
Place eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour melted butter into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Add the batter. May add berries. Bake uncovered for 20 min at 400∞. Dust pancake with powdered sugar; serve immediately.
