1 bunch Kale

1 tablespoon extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees With kitchen shears or your fingertips, separate kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite sized pieces.Place kale in a large sized bowl, drizzle with oil and toss leaves until all are coated. Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil. Spread kale out and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Bake until the edges are lightly browned and kale is crisp. About 10 to 12 minutes.
