Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

3 large handfuls kale, torn into 2 to 3 inch shreds

1 to 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

1.Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with aluminum foil. 2.Mix Salt, Paprika, and Garlic together in a small bowl. 2.With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. 3.Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
