Ingredients

12 lamb cutlets

1/4 cp light soy sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon dry sherry

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon five spice

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation

Trim fat from cutlets. Prepare marinade and soak cutlets as long as possible, preferably overnight.

Place onto wire rack over baking dish. Bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes. Brush with marinate during cooking
