Ingredients
1-2 lbs Salmon
1/3 C chopped scallions
1/4 C gluten-free soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of Ginger
1 T Rice Wine vinegar
Preparation
Place all ingredients in zip-lock bag, seal and marinate about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove Salmon from marinade and place in greased glass dish. Pour marinade over. Roast 10-15 minutes.
