Artichoke Frittata Recipe
Ingredients 18 oz drained chopped artichoke hearts 2 small yellow onions, finally chopped 2 garlic cloves, finally chopped 6 eggs 1/3 cup bread crumbs ¾ teaspoon salt, pepper, oregano Dash or two of hot sauce 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 7 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespoons of butter Preparation Sauté onion until clear, add garlic and sauté another 3 mins.
